With a love for nature walks and yoga, she brings grace and groundedness into everything she does. Clients adore her for her skill, but what they mention most? Her wonderful team, a reflection of her leadership and enduring passion for the craft.
She runs the show with a black Americano in hand and a bottle of Moisture Rich Body Lotion never far away. Jade’s the go-to for keeping everything smooth, from schedules to skin. Though she’s swapped beauty beds for the manager’s desk, she still dreams of massaging Jason Momoa (don’t we all). Off-duty? You’ll find her at home, fresh from an everything shower, catching up on EastEnders with her dog and perfecting her not-so-great accents.
As both our master colour expert and salon manager, Lydia’s known for her eye for detail and effortless glam. Often fully booked, she specialises in enhancing natural curls and creating radiant golden blondes - with taming elixir never too far from reach. When she’s not running the show, you’ll find her in the garden arranging flowers, glowing from a fresh fake tan, or perfecting a (slightly dramatic) ABBA routine with her best friend. Armed with a true builder's tea and her trusty Clarins Total Eye Lift, Sharon is the heart of the salon, just ask anyone looking for “the Clarins lady.” She’s always dancing, chatting, and keeping the place running with a smile (somehow!). Outside the salon, she’s either in the garden with a beer, bingeing a box set, or off on an adventure with her daughter - just don’t ask her to cuddle a crocodile.
Sally’s all about classic bobs, dreamy blondes, and turning every appointment into a proper catch-up. She’s been with many of her clients for years (and knows all the best stories!). Her salon essentials? Taming Elixir and Trilliant. Outside of work, she’s all about good company, whether that’s sharing a cheese board with friends, spending time at the park with her son, or just enjoying a well-earned glass of wine after a busy week.

A warm Soya flat white in hand, Holly brings luxe vibes and old money glam to everything she does. She's all about that clean, polished finish and swears by anything Luxe Oil. When she’s not making hair magic, you’ll find her heading out for dinner with the girls or relaxing with her family. Also: Calvin Harris will always get her dancing!
Aimee’s the queen of laid-back luxury, calm but chatty, and all about making hair feel as good as it looks. She’s your go-to for enhancing natural colour with low-maintenance magic and never skips a Liquid Hair treatment (on you or herself). Not into hot drinks? Neither is she. She’s a fan of fresh bed sheets, vanilla candles, and everything showers, a self-care queen in the making. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her watching Love Island with a giant bowl of olives and feta, or daydreaming about cutting her hair into a bob (though she swears she could never pull it off). Beauty Therapists
Senior Therapist Alex might describe herself as sleepy, but don’t be fooled, her massage skills are legendary, and her glow - always on point, thanks to Clarins tanning drops and a strict double cleanse routine. Clients swear she never ages… we’re starting to believe it. When she’s not in the salon, she’s either with a book, sending voice notes to Jade about the plot, or catching The Vampire Diaries for the eighth (yes, eighth) time.
With a tea in hand and a smile always ready, Holly brings warmth, expertise, and a calm touch to every treatment. Known by clients as the "lash and brow wizard," she’s your go-to for beautifully defined features, brow lamination is her new current obsession! Whether she’s chatting skincare or recommending the perfect Clarins cleanser, Holly makes self-care feel like a treat. When she’s not in the salon, she’s usually at soft play with her daughter… ideally within reach of a good café.
Soft-spoken and experienced, Charlotte is your go-to for expert beauty advice and truly relaxing treatments. Clients love her product knowledge, especially if you're after the perfect serum or brow fix. Her approach to beauty is simple: help you feel confident in your own skin. Whether she’s shaping brows or recommending products, she tunes in to exactly what you need. And when she’s not in the salon? She’s in self-care mode, bath, scrub, tan, and definitely something good to eat.
Fauste’s your go-to for flawless skin and feel-good vibes and a self-confessed caramel frappe addict (last meal kinda love). She’s all about that glowing skin and her perfectionist streak means she won’t settle for anything less. Clients love her for her warmth and calming presence. She’s all heart and serious skill, fluent in Lithuanian and fluent in beauty! She’s happiest on a Sunday in full hibernation mode… preferably in bed, no bugs allowed.
Hairdressing Apprentices
Our fantastic hairdressing apprentices are working hard towards their NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing. Alongside working in the training academy they also help with all the day to day jobs in front of house and behind the scenes to keep the salon running smoothly.
Our apprentice Chloe might skip the coffee (Coke only, thanks), but she brings full energy to every shift — especially when it’s time for a killer hair wash. She’s obsessed with a slick back look and swears by Lipid Booster for that healthy shine. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll probably find her at the theatre, planning her next cheeky lip filler, or busting out some Irish dancing… maybe.
Phoebe might be our apprentice, but she's already got salon favourites down - Luxe Oil (for the dreamy smell) and a love for bouncy blow-dries. Calm, happy and warm, she keeps the salon running smoothly and always brings a smile to the team. When she's not helping out behind the chair, you'll find her curled up in bed with Vampire Diaries on or unwinding in a bubble bath. And if you mix her up with Demi? Don't worry ... it happens all the time!
Sweet iced lattes and Luxe Oil are Sophie's essentials, but it's her passion and energy that really shine in the salon. Creative at heart (she'd love to get her hands on Billie Eilish's ever-changing hair), she's already building a reputation for dreamy washes and her sweet, polite nature. When she's not in the salon, Sophie's either in the bath, recharging in bed, or showing off her party trick... yes, she can do the splits. Definitely one to watch.
